This non-profit leadership program transforms lives, welcoming youth aged 10 through high school graduation. With nearly 400 units across 46 states, Guam, and Puerto Rico, cadets don authentic Navy uniforms as they train on naval ships and bases. The program’s nationwide, action-packed training sessions unfold during school breaks, offering cadets a thrilling glimpse into diverse career fields while honing leadership and teamwork skills.
Picture this: cadets sailing aboard U.S. Navy and Coast Guard vessels or participating in shore-based activities, all with the honor of wearing Navy uniforms adorned with Sea Cadet insignia. They experience military life without any obligation to enlist. But should they choose to serve in the Navy or Coast Guard, their training could fast-track them to an advanced pay grade.
