This program may be "cadet led", but at its backbone is the service of its volunteers. The unit staff give their time and experience to help mold and shape these young people into future leaders. Several staff members have military backgrounds, and others have skill sets that translate into excellent resources for the training programs, such as medical or IT related fields.
